Wet, wet, wet ... yet nothing deters an Audley Strider
There was our usual club runs... in the rain
Claire Connolly completed RunThrough North Southport 10k... in the rain.
There was fabulous support for parkrun UK again last Saturday, with members represented at The Wammy parkrun Trentham Gardens parkrun Old Railway Trail parkrun, Llangollen Sheffield Castle parkrun
And, the inspirational Danny Roberts completed the 43.45km trail marathon that is the Dovedale Dipper in 5hours and 34minutes!

Nothing stops a Strider - not even rain!
In between the club runs on a Tuesday we've had a 10k completed by Hayley Cicatello-Moore.
Luisa Mackey ran laps around a cruise ship in Norway, Alison Watts ran whilst on holiday in Normandy and Hayley Cicatello-Moore ran on the beach in Cornwall.
Several members have supported the amazing parkrun UK. Trentham Gardens parkrun saw Linda Shefford complete her 300th run - well done you! Charlotte Elizabeth was at @Pavillion Gardens parkrun Dawn Sedgwick was at Congleton parkrun Lor Green Nick Duck and Clare West did The Wammy parkrun - and I'm sure there were others, let us know in the comments. Thomas Cruxton and @Isabel lewis were at @Park in the Past parkrun. And Sunday saw two furry members take part in a run along the lines in Alsager!

A huge well done to all the Striders who came out last night; we had a Jeffing group, a 5k and a 10k. Wherever you are on your running journey, we have a group for you.

Another amazing week for your local running club Audley Community News… a small club with a big heart.
As well as our weekly club runs, we had members complete the Staffs Knot 5 miler, two park runs The Wammy parkrun and Woolacombe Dunes parkrun and an ultra marathon for Linda Shefford

Luisa Mackey was in the big smoke for Secret London Runs
Alexis Jervis was in Wales for the Love Trails Festival
Jess Potts was closer to home, competing in the JCB 5k
@Isabel lewis Thomas Cruxton and Dawn Sedgwick supported the Wilmslow 10k organised by Runnorthwest - and they also squeezed in a parkrun UK or two - Knowsley parkrun and Wilmslow parkrun
