1. Club Runs

5 km (3.1 miles) Club Run (Tuesdays):
These Club Runs offer a variety of both road and trail terrains, (depending on the weather and time of year).  We try to vary our routes as much as possible, and we currently have over 20 different 5km route options to choose from in our inventory.  Runners who are able to, are encouraged to continue to use the mustering system whereby if they find themselves getting too far in front they loop back to ensure no one is too far behind and to ensure the group sticks together. This not only allows everyone to feel supported and also safe but allows those who feel comfortable doing so, to cover extra distance.

10 km (6.2 miles)  Club Run (Some Tuesday’s only- Check FB/Spond for details):
These Club Runs offer a combination of both road and trail terrains, (depending on the weather and time of year).  Runners who are able to, are encouraged to continue to use the mustering system whereby if they find themselves getting too far in front they loop back to ensure no one is too far behind and to ensure the group sticks together.
